Instead of four separate things, we rent you a small private server, run the KJ assistant on it, and look after the AI credit, the encrypted backups, the updates and the monitoring. One sign-up, one bill, one support address.

Your data lives on your own dedicated server, set up for you and shared with no one. We keep it running, updated and backed up, and we do not go inside it. If something breaks, we look only when you ask, and every visit is logged.

The four things you would otherwise put together

Putting an assistant like this together yourself usually means four separate things: a server to rent and patch, an AI account with a key to hold and a bill that moves with use, backup software, and the updates. That is four bills, and four things to look after when something goes wrong.

Steward Host is one sign-up and one bill. We do those four jobs, and you just use the assistant.

From A$49.00 a month ex GST, which is A$53.90 with GST. That is two monthly subscriptions, named separately on one bill: your server, and your assistant credit. You pick a tier from each, and you can change either one later.

The Assistant tier, your own private machine, kept running. A$42.90 with GST. Bigger tiers for running your own things alongside the assistant: Plus A$65.00, Pro A$120.00, Studio A$200.00 per month ex GST. The server line buys no assistant time.

Your AI credit, every month

A$10.00Starter, or A$25.00 Everyday, or A$60.00 Power

A monthly subscription of its own. The credit is added to your balance when each month's payment settles, and it never expires, so what you do not use rolls on. A$10.00 of assistant credit is about 70 to 140 minutes of live talk, or about 12,000 to 210,000 messages, and A$25.00 and A$60.00 scale from that. You can add extra credit at any time as a one-off, and auto top-up of A$10 under A$3 is the safety net, with a notice first, and off in one tap.

The entry combination is the Assistant server and the Starter credit, A$39.00 plus A$10.00, so A$49.00 a month ex GST. Everything else, the assistant set up and paired, the updates, the encrypted backups, the monitoring and the support, comes with the service.

Your credit balance and your usage are shown in the assistant.

Live talk is provisional, from our own test turn, with the low end assuming about half of an open session is listening, thinking and setup; messages are provisional, from our own test turn, with the low end assuming about 10,000 input tokens of instructions and history plus a 500 token reply per exchange. Shown at metered cost with a 0% credit markup. Both figures are recomputed from the credit ledger as usage arrives.

The sign-up page is the authoritative record of what we charge. We are registered for GST, and the GST is set out on your invoice.
